What Is the Management Reform Plan?

Through the management reform plan system, when a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) formulates a business plan (i.e. the management reform plan) focusing on new initiatives and obtains approval from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, various support measures will be provided to the approved enterprise. Approved companies are eligible for support measures such as low-interest loans from government-affiliated financial institutions, special credit guarantees, and capital investment tax breaks.
