In November 2014, we launched the Hachioji regional information portal site "Hachinavi" in order to let as many people as possible know the appeals of Hachioji, and it has since been used by many users to date.
In this renewal, the design and structure of the site have been completely redesigned and enhanced to make it easier to understand and more comfortable to use as a regional information portal site for Hachioji.

Why We Developed Hachinavi
Hachioji has become a city that attracts the attention of people even outside of Hachioji with places such as the world-famous "Mt. Takao" and news, such as becoming a core city in Tokyo in April 2015.
The members of ULTIMEDIA, who grew up in the city of Hachioji and have their own company in Hachioji, launched the Hachioji regional information portal site "Hachinavi" in order to make the appeal of Hachioji known to more and more people.

The Hachioji regional information portal site Hachinavi, provides information on Hachioji ramen and other local gourmet cuisine, as well as information on sightseeing destinations, such as Mt. Takao and events, such as festivals held throughout the year.
You can get the information you really want by searching by category, location, with whom your traveling, when, what, budget, and free keyword search, and you can get the latest information about stores on the timeline of "Mypage" by registering as a fan of a store you're interested in.
In addition to information on gourmet stores, there are more than 8,500 stores listed, including hospitals, beauty salons, and other stores that are essential for daily life.
Also, based on the concept of "an information portal site created by the citizens of Hachioji," the site offers users features for transmitting information about stores and other places of interest through reviews, as well as a wide range of content including blog posts and more, but with the renewal of the PC version of the site and the release of the smartphone version, these features are now easier to use than ever before and make it possible to transmit information about Hachioji to many people in an easier to understand manner.
Features of the Renewed Hachinavi
1. Significant UI (User Interface) Improvements
In order to transmit information about Hachioji more clearly and to make the usability of "Hachinavi" more comfortable for users, we improved the UI of the entire site.
2. Improvements to Official Store Pages
For officially registered stores, we implemented a comfortable UX (user experience) by improving the UI so that they the management tool is more intuitive. For users, the UI for store's details pages has also been improved to display more extensive store information than ever before.
3. Improvements to Blog Pages
Using the blog feature, which is available to Hachinavi members, official stores, and authorized users, you can now manage articles by theme and easily search for articles based on theme, making it easier to find articles with information that you want to know.
