I find the people we're looking for, starting with document screening and interviews, until they join the company, and even perform labor-related services after they join.

I believe that finding your first job or to a new one are both major crossroads in one's life, so it's a really rewarding experience when I'm able to be a part of someone's choice, or when I am involved in the screening process and see the person who joined the company working happily.
